National Leadership Conference - The National Leadership Conference (NLC) concludes the year's activities and sets the stage for the upcoming school year. PBL members and advisers participate in business-related and leadership development workshops, tour business and corporate facilities, participate in a mini-walk to raise money for the March of Dimes, our national partner, elect national officers, and participate in national competitive events. 

Local Chapter Planning - Every year the Wisconsin Phi Beta Lambda hold a workshop to help chapteres better themselves for the year to come. Topics inlude: Website Information and Design options, Program of Work, First Meeting Ideas, Promote Your Chapter, Successful Events, Meeting Motivators, and Fundraising Ideas.

National Fall Leadership Conference - The NFLC allows PBL members to participate in motivational general sessions and career building workshops.  The NFLC that Wisconsin PBL will be attending is in TBA.

Fall Leadership Conference -Executive Board members plan a fall conference to bring the chapters together for leadership training, corporate speakers, workshops, and social activities. Overnight stay in not required, but recommended. The conference is taking place at Chula Vista Resort, Wisconsin Dells, October 2-3rd 2009.

State Leadership Conference - This conference is the highlight of the Wisconsin Phi Beta Lambda year. Participants compete for the honor of representing Wisconsin at the National Leadership Conference. The location will be at the Blue Harbor Resort, Sheyboygan, April 16-17th 2010.
