Start A New Chapter
Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (FBLA-PBL) is the oldest and largest national organization for students preparing for careers in business leadership. The challenges of today’s youth are great! To help them meet these challenges we must give them the tools that they will need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Students gain these skills through FBLA-PBL.
More than 240,000 students in 6,000 schools participate in this organization. FBLA-PBL’s programs provide a relevant context for learning, including practical applications for classroom skills and knowledge. These programs help students connect to their school, to their community, and to the business world.
As members of FBLA-PBL, students are given the opportunity to compete in events testing their business knowledge and skills. Members work with advisers to plan and organize meetings or to plan projects to benefit the community such as raising money for the March of Dimes. These meetings, projects, and conferences, help students create an interest in and develop skills for the business world. FBLA-PBL will improve visibility in your community and could lead to increased enrollments in business classes.
All you need to do is download and fillout the following form, and return it to the FBLA-PBL Membership Department. A packet will arrive to you in the mail, and will have almost anything you need to get things rolling. In some cases chapters have already been started at certain schools, and only need to be reactivated. A list of active and inactive schools is located in the chapter area, and also ready for you to download below. Also please contact the state adviser at advisor@wisconsinpbl.org for help.
